Its not even been a month, and yhis was my 3rd time making cold coffee, just that and the button came of, both, funny, both button came of, dont buy this, looks and feels premium but when buttons got broken, i saw there was no good-solid joint between the buttons! You don't want this to happen when you have spend 1900 rs and other blender are available at 1200-1500 rabge, you feel tYou are buying a good product but no! P.s. i have bought it for my mother. And she don't know the damn about warranty and how to get replacement, now i am here i will do something, but if she would have been on her own then i don't think she would be able to access anything, think again before buying it for your parents!Thier actual rating can be found out on pPlay store, insla customer support app!

Bought this product after reading the good reviews and must say I am completely happy with this product. I got the product very next day of ordering. Product quality is good and it is working superb as of now.This hand blender is just awesome. My earlier one was plastic body, but the Inalsa INOX 1000 Pro S has a metal body, making it sturdier. It's 1000W motor made processing real quick. I got such a lot of ghee with just 2 batches of malai, processed in the same day, because it was so quick. Variable speed makes everything easier and spillage is controlled , you can fix your food texture by setting the speed of cutting blade. Aside just to remind that it has detachable stem function which give us freedom to wash below running tap without having the fear of motor unit damage in water.I am using it everyday in my kitchen.. I chop all the veggies using it, Onion Paste and tomato Puree, whisk my curd to make raita and making fruits and veggies purees daily for my baby. It is so handy and doesn't produce noise.The quality of the product is much much better than the other hand blenders in the market currently.I strongly recommend this and I would say must buying hand blender, you will not regret to buy this.

After using some of the worlds best hand blenders including BAMIX , Braun and Bosch , this is our first Made in India hand blender and a looks and feels great. The metal is brushed steel and good quality , the motor is really strong and the speed is dial control adjustable . Very happy with the first use and hope the longevity and performance will last many years .

There are few flaws in the product.. This review is written after using it for 15 days daily.Its powerful and quite but not made or designed for serious grinds like masala or dosa batter. It gets heated up after few seconds of use thats not the problem the problem is it takes hell lot of time to cool down again. I have to take 3/4 pauses between the grinding and it becomes very time consuming to do so and to be clear it heats like a burning coal.The hand feel of using this is good, looks cool and elegant and works quite.Better for smoothies, shakes, cold coffee's etc.It does gets the job done but the heating and the cooling time is serious!

The hand blender broke down within warranty period and I am contacting Inalsa customer service again and again. Every time they assure me that the request has been registered and I would get a call from their service centre. A code has been sent to me for identification of service request. Now for more than a month I am waiting for call from service centre. I think they are not responsive enough for customer needs. I Will never buy their products.
