Do not buy these. I bought these because I have problems with water retention on cruises swelling my ankles and legs. Sure enough on night two my ankles began to swell. I whip out this bottle of pills and just take one before bed.It only took a couple hours for the pain to start. Horrible stomach pain. It wasn't long after that that I found myself face first in a cruise ship toilet evacuating the contents of my stomach and quite possibly my soul.Not once, not twice but three times at least... I think. It was so bad I couldn't even keep down Pepto-Bismol that I took after my first episode of evacuation to try to calm my stomach. It was that bad.Then there was also the gas... painful gas. It took everything a couple hours to work itself out so I could even go to sleep. I woke up this morning feeling drained and questioning my life choices. I threw the bottle in the trash. While the ankles aren't swollen and I was peeing like a race horse when I wasn't vomiting and contemplating Davy Jones' locker as preferable to the pain I was going through, it just isn't worth it. Try something else, anything else, just not these pills.

I took this without a meal (but with water) one day by accident was super busy left without my food didn’t notice and a few hours later I thought I had the worst UTI you could possibly get! Couldn’t get off the toilet because I kept thinking I was going to pee! The symptoms lessened a little at night with some cranberry juice and food but the next day mid morning I tried to workout and had to run off the treadmill to pee and the second I got back on the treadmill the urge was back couldn’t even stop the treadmill just ran! Luckily I live where it’s a small building gym and close to the bathrooms lol after that the sensation went away (I took one dose of UTI symptom relief pills which took away the urge) I know I didn’t have an actual uti believe me lol it was solely from these pills - so not only did it cause serve discomfort and completely ruined a whole day but when I take it with food I swear it doesn’t do anything! I got these because I thought it was more economical than getting the diurex max which only comes with like 24 pills and you have to take so many of them a day to get any result plus the max isn’t on amazon. The difference with the diurex is I never felt like I had a uti and I could tell when my bloating was going away because my wedding ring would fit again lol I work out and eat healthy so this was really supposed to help me address bloating which always makes me feel like working out is doing nothing and makes wearing any clothes uncomfortable. Since I have them I guess I’ll try them for a few more days but I’m starting to think all the rave reviews are fake or something and that’s something I usually check like actual verified purchaser doing a review.
