“Very cool” is my sons description.Mine would be “beautiful and nostalgic.”It is well made. They provide some extra pieces for pieces that may break. It is delicate. Challenging to put together but the instructions are pretty clear and well done.My boys really love it. I think there is something about the sound of classic music boxes that is just so simple and beautiful. I know this will be part of my sons memories ❤️.Worth every penny. Though I can understand great disappointment that would come with not being able to assemble it properly.Only reason for 4 stars is because the price/delicacy. If you break certain pieces you’re done.

Planes don’t go up and down as smoothly as it says it should it doesn’t really turn and it catches very easily I would recommend maybe sketching out the gears on the inside and maybe replacing them with metal or something just because would just it’s splits in the tiniest little like crack and it won’t work and a lot of pieces that we didn’t have a spare for Broke

Precision laser cuts and fairy thin wood makes it very easy to remove parts without damage, but there are a number of spares included in case something breaks. Picture instructions are clear and easily followed. As with other wooden kits like this, it is sometimes easier to insert tabs if you sand down the tab edges a little. Had to use a bit of glue on a couple of them as well to hold them in place. In addition to waxing, I had to work on some of the wooden gear assemblies to ensure they moved smoothly. In the end everything woks fine. A fun little project with moderate difficulty. I would recommend it for someone who has some experience working with wooden models.

This was bought as a gift for my wife. She, very much, enjoyed putting it together, however when it is completed the music box will not play as the pieces piled on top stop it from rotating and playing. Although she is keeping the item, I would not purchase from you again unless this issue was resolved. Very disappointed, especially considering how much they cost.

This wasn’t my favourite one because it easily fell apart once it was assembled. Plus it didn’t rotate smoothly, as you would need to give it a push occasionally. The wood pieces are easy to break because the wood is quite thin and fragile. I broke the base because I stretched it too much, so I had to glue it together. Plus, I broke the guns on the airplane while I was assembling the front barrel of the plane. It’s cute; I just wish it ran smoothly and didn’t consistently fall apart.
