Just transitioned to a sit/stand desk. This mat is very comfortable for hours on end. It's not too heavy to easily pick up and move when I need to use my chair. It doesn't slide around during use.

The thickness and comfort of this mat, and the quality, are so perfect. I have foot issues and had surgeries so I need something comfortable to stand on in the kitchen when not sitting on a stool.
