Level Starter Kit for Limited Hand and arm Mobility

I got this for my husband and I feel he would have loved it more if I had gotten it right after his stroke, now he has gotten so used to eating with his left hand that he doesn't even want to try using his right, I keep on asking him too, but all our stroke camp friends were amazed by it and asked me for details on where to find. treat product!

I just brought this item and I opened it and NOTHING works the charger won't charge the handle. I am so disappointed I've wanted this item for years and now I can't use it. Please, someone, call me back. I called the customer service and no one has called back.

Purchased this for my mom. She has very shaky hands and I thought this would work for her. I didn't read the description properly and this is for limited mobility more than shaking. Basically she doesn't use it. Kind of frustrating, oh well. I will probably try the other Liftware item later. It is a good idea and I am sure works fine, its just not for mom.

Handle only lasts a year..2 at the most..and company will not sell handle alone..you have to buy another starter kit to get handle at $195.00 each time..very expensive..my husbands second handle has died and customer service at this company is stubborn about not offering the handle alone...he does like it..and likes the steady liftware handle also..but needs the level one for deep bowls..the steady handle is too short to use for cereals and soups, etc.

Great product but wish it had an option of a teaspoon. My daughter can't fit the spoon in her mouth. We have to puree her food. She doesn't just eat soup.

I received this in June of 2021. As soon as i opened the shipping box, I could tell the item itself had been opened and was not sealed. I didn't really mind as long as it worked, I thought they may have done a check on the item. Within the first two weeks, it stopped responding as quickly as it had before. I thought I may be wrong, then I get a note that from my child's school from the PT therapist and his aid stating that they noticed it was not working as well as it had. I called the company, I was still in my 30 day return period. I told them I wanted a replacement. I sent it back, it took several weeks of them telling me it was being checked in the warranty dept. I repeated that i wanted a replacement because I was still in the return period, that I did not want to use the warranty repair. Finally after multiple conversations, they tell me that they can't figure out what is wrong with it, and the item is back ordered so they can't replace it. I asked if i received my item back, although responding slower, could i be contacted when stock came in for a replacement, since i am in the return period. They agree and put me on a list with other people. Fast forward to Jan 2022, and it develops a jerking motion when at an angle, making it unusable. I call customer service, and informed that the item is still on back order after 6 months. I ask if I can send it back and it be repaired under the warranty. Then i find out, they do not do repairs, the warranty department's sole purpose is to determine if you are at fault and if not, then they send you a new one. I remind them that I reported the problem within the 30 return period and ask them for a solution. If they can't provide any sort of reasonable date as to when they will have stock, then they should give me a refund. I have been bumped to supervisor, and then supervisor's supervisor, waiting on a call back. Basically I don't think they have the engineering to back the idea, thus so many people are waiting on replacements. There shake spoon is the only thing keeping them from going out of business entirely.
