Poor Quality Accessories and Spares
Faulty design. Second strainer which broke in a matter of a few months. The bottom just snaps even if you are careful not to put hard pieces. The pressure created by the augur is so intense that the bottom just snaps. Being forced to buy a 3rd strainer...and the cost of these keeps going up.
