amazon service very good also product very good and all office staff good thanks you so much

Works well can't put to much it gets stopped for while once it cool down it's works fine overall it's okay to use small portion can't blend finely it's okay for smoothies not for chunttys

I recently purchased a grinder from Cookwell Domestic Appliances. I’ve been using this bullet grinder for a while, and overall it performs well. However, I did face an issue with the motor and had to get it replaced. Thankfully, the customer service was very prompt and the replacement process was smooth. I appreciate the quick response and support from the brand.

Don't buy ! This product is terribly designed. Every time I run it, the grinding part (which is also the cap of the jar) loosens by its motor and comes off spillining the drink all over. Completely unreliable product.

Is it supposed to be that loud. Stopped working in less than a year

Excellent Product – Really Impressed! I initially purchased the Cookwell Bullet Mixer Grinder for my personal use, and I was genuinely impressed with the product. The performance was very good for my regular kitchen needs, and I found it easy to use, convenient, and compact. I liked the product so much that after using it myself, I purchased two more Cookwell Bullet Mixer Grinders—one for my mother and another for my friend as a gift. What I particularly like about this product is its compact design, ease of handling, and good performance for everyday mixing and grinding requirements. It is convenient to keep and use, and cleaning it after use is also easy. The different jars are useful for handling different kitchen requirements. The product also feels practical for regular household use, especially when you don't want to use a large mixer grinder for smaller quantities. I have now purchased three units in total, and I am very satisfied with my purchases. I bought the additional two products because of my positive experience with the first one. Overall, I am very happy with the product, its performance, convenience, and quality. It has been a great purchase for me, my mother, and my friend. Highly satisfied with the Cookwell Bullet Mixer Grinder. Definitely a product worth considering for regular home use!

Good product 👍

I’ve been using the Cookwell mixer grinder for around 1.5 years now, and overall, it has been a great experience. The mixer is sturdy, reliable, and very easy to use for everyday grinding and mixing. Recently, one of the blades developed a small crack at the base. I contacted Cookwell customer support, and they promptly sent me two new spare blades free of cost under warranty. I really appreciate their quick response and excellent after-sales service. Great product and great customer service! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a sturdy and reliable mixer grinder.

I bought cookwell bullet mixer grinder one and a half years ago. I am completely satisfied with the product. I used it mainly for making smoothies , shakes and cold coffee, and it is so easy to make all these using this mixer grinder only. It is also easy to make different chutney recipes. No leakage and easy to clean. It is so portable that required a little space on counter top . Quality of the jars are also good as it doesn't give you any oder.
