I have had these for 3 years and all four are still going strong, even with leaving them out all year (rain, snow, cold, etc). They are in an area where they don't even get full sun and the lights will still last all night - much better than some of my other solar lights. I'm going to order another set because I like them so much.

I bought two sets of these lanterns in the warm color option to line my front porch, and they’ve taken the look of my yard totally over the top. Setup was incredibly easy - drop the string of lights into the jar, flip the switch in the lid to “on” and replace it, and then push the staked end into the ground. No cords, no batteries, no muss, no fuss. Here in Idaho my lanterns are out in the elements (we’re talking wind, rain, snow, and dog tinkle 😬), and they’re durable enough to take it in stride and keep right on working. As shown in my pic, they light up just after dusk and continue working for hours. For a very reasonable price they’ve let me bling out my front yard, next step, bling out the back yard, too!

Great lanterns, worth the money! Very pretty 🤩

We initially ordered one set of four and loved them so much, we bought a second set and a third set for a total of twelve (12) lanterns to hang on our fence in our back yard. We love lighting that is bright but has the “beautiful and calming ambience” to look at. We spend a lot of time in our back yard entertaining and these lanterns are a perfect addition. Just unwind the string of firefly lights and stuff them in the jar and screw on the lid and put them where the sun can shine on the lid to charge the solar… that’s it and you’ll be up and running! The day we hung them we only had about 3 hours of sunlight left and that kept these beauties illuminated all night and we know this as we could see it on our security cameras. The lanterns have a lovely warm illumination but are bright enough to visibly see them from afar providing a lovely “ambiance” of lighting in our back yard. They’re very complimentary in appearance and functionality. We also love they’re plastic so they won’t rust.

Overall, I really like these lanterns. But, after only 13 days, one of the four laterns is not working. I'm hoping that's not the case for the other three.

These solar lights are wonderful. We have them strewn about on our patio. The lights look great during the day. A mason jar style that is very attractive with the solar panels on the top lid that do not ruin the look. The light at night is delicate but very effective. They cast a nice glow that looks great. You can't read with these lights but the ambiance is pleasing. The only "issue" is opening the top of each lamp to uncoil the string lights. They are very delicate and my fear was that I would break the wire will trying to both uncoil and then replace into the glass jar. I managed to do it with no issues but it might be a problem if handled in a less than gentle way. I would definitely recommend.

1 of the 4 lights didn't work but amazon makes it easy to get a replacement (next day!) Other than that I really like the lights, the warm white color is very soft yet provides a good amount of light in the landscaping. The decoration around the glass jar is plastic but looks durable enough to where it will last a long time. Really glad we bought these and looking forward to the replacement that is on its way.

These arrived well packaged. The glass was well protected and the fairy lights were wound up and secured. I purchased shepherd's hooks separately and used them to hang my lanterns. They are working perfectly for what I wanted them for. My garden is near an open field and there's a lot of deer traffic. One night, I watched a deer run through and ALMOST run straight into the fence of my garden because it hadn't been there before. I read somewhere that some light disturbs the natural balance of the animals and that the amber light was better so I thought this would be a great way to alert the deer that "something" was there and either they would see it or choose to go around it. In time, they will figure it all out but for now I feel better knowing neither my plants or the deer will be getting hurt. Not only is this functional but it's really pretty too! Even my husband said "I like the lights in the garden" They've been out there for a couple of weeks and through some heavy rain and wind and they are holding up great. I'm very happy with them and they're definitely worth the price. Once my deck is complete I think I will be getting more!
