IMBZBK for Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G Screen Protector, 3+3 Pack

The screen protectors themselves are nice. The install kit is great, super easy to get a well-aligned install with no bubbles. The quality is nice, not too tacky and they are easy to clean. So far the scratch resistance is great - no nicks or gouges in the screen protector from about 2 months of constant use. The problem is the adhesion. In two months on two phones, we have gone through all three included screen protectors due to the film sliding around in our pockets because it's hot out. I wasn't sure at first, but on a hot day I used my palm to slide my screen protector slightly back into place, where I wasn't able to do so while it had been inside/cool all day. The screen protector moving around ruins the alignment and if you use a case (like most people) the edges will bump up against the case and cause the protector to peel up, immediately attracting all dust in your pocket, ruining the screen protector (not to mention introducing constantly present silt to your screen that could cause some minor scratching). Aside from that these are fairly easy to recommend. Just not if you keep it in your pocket and ever expect the phone to get warm. Otherwise you're going to end up replacing them every month or so. To a certain extent that is the nature of 'soft' screen protectors, but I've had plenty in the past on different devices that had no such issue.

The application process is easy, the tool aligns the film fairly well, with a minor tweak here and there. Once on, the bubbles were easy to remove and the finger print reader worked great. HOWEVER!!! After a day or two of use, I noticed the the film was coming off the edges from the phone case. That was odd because the case never touched the film, it was far enough from the edges to interfere with the case, or so it seemed. With a closer inspection, I see the film was covering the front facing camera as well, I know it wasn't like that when I put it on. I tore this one off and went through the process a second time, with a new film. After a couple days, same thing again. I think the putting the phone in my pocket makes it move. Oddly, 90% of the time, it was just sitting in y car on a road trip. See the pictures as to how it moved. It comes with 3 in the box, you'll need 10x that to keep one on that doesn't move. I won't be buying this again, that's for sure. It was bad after a few days, both times I don't understand the positive reviews, they must have been done right after application.

This was going to be my last effort to find a screen protector that works with the S22 Ultra. To be fair this is an extremely hard phone for a screen protector. It has curved edges on the display and an underscreen finger print sensor. The one pro to this item is that they give you everything that you need to install it. Lots of wet and dry wipes, a guide to help install it, written instructions and even a protector for the camera array in the rear. That part was nice, but everything else was pretty bad. I've installed lots of protectors in my life so I know how to install them. I made sure everything was clean and the area was dust-free and I took my time doing it, but here are the cons: (1) Regardless of how careful you are in installing it you are going to get some small bubbles at the edges that you can't swipe away. Not the end of the world, and maybe after a few days they would have gone away, but still. (2) The feel of the protector was strange, it felt even stranger when using the S-pen and it picked up fingerprints badly so you have to constantly wipe the screen. (3) The whole point of using a film screen protector is that it should work with the fingerprint sensor, but this one didn't work very well. In order to get it to work you have to press down very hard, and even then it is hit or miss. This was after increasing the screen sensitivity. I could have reregistered all my prints, maybe that would have worked, but every time you reregister prints you have to also reregister them in every app that uses them such as banking apps and so forth, so it's a royal pain. (4) One of the best things about the S22 Ultra is the screen. This protector cast a type of "haze" over it so it is not as nice as the bare screen. (5) It scratches very easily. Maybe it would heal itself after a while, but it feels bad and is a constant headache if you have your phone set up to use gestures. (6) The rear camera protector doesn't hold down very welland sticks out quite a bit so unless you use a case that works with that it could be an issue with a lot of cases. Anyhow, all in all the negatives far outweigh just using the phone without a protector. The screen on the S22 Ultra is very scratch resistant anyway so why mess it up with something like this? The worst part is that it is just money down the drain. Sure, you could return it but the seller knows very well that it's not worth the hassle of trying to return something this inexpensive. Update: The seller contacted me on their own and offered to send me a new pack of protectors for free. They did this quickly and without me asking them. That level of customer service deserves an upgrade in their rating. I tried again with the new pack and it went better. Sometimes I think different batches have newer adhesives, since I can't think of any other difference since I use the exact same application method. That being said if you have an S22 Ultra or any other modern phone with both curved sides AND an in-screen fingerprint reader you should really think before you try to use a screen protector. I have yet to find any type of screen protector that works well (either glass or film) with a phone like this. Thankfully this phone has a very tough screen which is next to impossible to scratch anyway, so is it worthwhile to hobble your phone for the minimal extra protection that you're going to get from using a screen protector?

*****UPDATE***** 6/10/22 Despite my dismay, I've had to continue applying a new one of these every couple weeks, while shopping around for one that works better. Well in the meantime, I dropped my phone and learned that you can add one more flaw to the list for this Screen "Protector": It doesn't Protect anything. My screen got cracked anyway. This screen protector is pretty much only good and protecting against minor scuffs in your bag or pocket. It will not protect against much else. ****UPDATE**** 4/25/22 I'll leave my original Review down below. About the only good news since I've used this product, is that I found out my original issue was indeed a defect. I got the replacement order, and the first one went on smooth as silk. Yay!!! Buuuuuut, here I am two weeks late.....and the film has been shifting all over so bad, that it's finally getting to the point that I can't ignore it and just keep straightening the kinks out. Which mean, btw, that it started sliding and bubbling with the first week. C'mon now. I don't care if this was a life saving, world hunger ending product. If any screen protector doesn't stay firmly in place without any sliding, bubbling, or falling apart for a minimum of 6 months to a year, it is absolute garbage. I think it's time to go back to my trusty old, cheap glass protectors. They start to chip and piece on the edges after a good while. But I'm rough on my phone, and that take months and months. Plus, since it's a glass protector, it doesn't bubble or slide ever once it's set, it will just slowly start to chip off tiny little pieces on some of the edges, but it takes a long time, before they are bad enough for me to swap it out for a new one. Bottom Line.....if you buy this product after reading the reviews(or Not Reading the Reviews), You deserve a crappy screen protector. I sure did 😁🤦🤦🤦 Time to Upgrade!!! Whoot! ****Original**** First off, I'd like to say, I didn't think I could get excited or be impressed by a screen protector. But I've always used super cheap ones that don't come with any sort of guidance system, so it didn't take much to impress me. But I genuinely got excited by the level of detail they put into this product and process. They got a whole step by step video and all the neat tools to walk you through thoroughly cleaning and clearing the screen before application. So in walking myself through the steps. Cleaning. Clearing. Alright so far so good. My screen has never been cleaner. And then.....I go to begin applying the screen protector, and much to my surprise and dismay, the screen protector/applicator ITSELF is spitting this dust like mess all over the screen. Right at the splitting point, as I'm pulling back the applicator to run the card down the phone, to begin applying the actual protector, there is a powder like substance spewing all over my phone from underneath the removable film. This is going to be hard to understand unless you're familiar with the installation process, but at this particular step, the phone is squeaky clean, and your hands are full. You've got one hand on the applicator - pulling it back to reveal the real/permanent protector adhesive, so you can begin sealing it down on the phone - and one hand on the squeegee, guiding the protector adhesive down the phone screen for it to begin setting. You do this process once for the top of the phone and once for the bottom because the protectors removable film is split between both sides. The crust, dust, or powder that came out, came from that place where those 2 sides come together, only to be released once the two sides of the protector's removable film, has been separated. In short, at that point....you've jumped out of the airplane. It's too late to ask for a parachute. You're committed. So if the applicator itself is dropping dust on your screen at this point, there is nothing you can do about it. Now....when this happened with the first application, I was bummed but not too worried. I assumed it was a bad piece, or maybe even that I might have missed a step or messed something up. It wasn't until it not only happened a second time, but was even worse. Despite the fact that this is definitely a manufacturer defect or design flaw, the last thing in the world I want to do is leave my phone unprotected and expend the little energy I have writing this review and returning all this stuff/finding something new to order. I just want to protect my new phone and play with it. But I did everything in my effort to try to remedy the issue and clean up the powder as I was holding the applicator up, but there was just no way to make it happen with anything short of 4 very agile hands. Which I do not have, and my dog is too lazy to help. So all this to say.....unless this is a 1 in 10,000 defect, I think this is a product to stay away from. It's got all the awesome design features to make it the coolest screen protector I've ever used. But if this is par for the execution of all of that thoughtful design, it is left wanting. Now, I'm happy to be proven wrong. Heck I hope I am. I hope I simply got a bad item, and am quickly shipped a working replacement that goes on smooth as butter. I will gladly update or remove this review. But for now, the verdict is, keep searching for the right fit for you. The last thing you want to do, is buy a protector thinking it's gonna be what you need, flop your way through multiple failed attempts to apply the protector, and then find yourself stuck between a rock and a hard place. "Do I leave my phone unprotected until I find a replacement, or do I try not to lose my mind starring through a pile of pixie dust everytime I look at my phone screen?"

Whole it might be cheaper to purchase, it did not meet expectations. I won't talk about the inner screen protector. I ignore that since it's not recommended to install one on folding phones. Using those is a bad idea. Now, for the outer/smaller screen: the applicator is SUPER HELPFUL and makes the process relatively painless. The protector adhered to the screen quickly, with no visible bubbles. That said, the first screen protector cracked literally the day I placed it on. They are *very* fragile and if you so much as LOOK at them the wrong way, they crack. Additionally, the screen protector doesn't cover the entire screen. It leaves about a 4-to-5 millimeter gas all around the four edges, which I'm assuming would be convenient for the _right_ case. The OEM pixel case makes the screen peel up at the top. All in all, I'll just pay more for something better next time.

The auto install idea is nice and makes things easier, but it still took me a couple tries to get it just right. The screen looks good once it’s on, but I noticed a few small bubbles at the edges. Not bad overall, just not as flawless as I expected.

Absolutely amazing screen protector, I’ve had a few that never let me wipe fingerprints and just look dirty after a couple weeks but this feels and looks good after a while. And the fact that it comes with three is incredible. Very cheap price for a great product. DO NOT PUT ON THE CAMERA PROTECTION PIECE!!!! It will most certainly not fit in any case you have and also almost impossible to get off. I tried taking mine off immediately after realizing it wouldn’t fit that well and it shattered everywhere glass all over! Just buy for screen protector great deal and product otherwise!

Update Review: While these screen protector have saved my screen a few times now. I've had to replace the protector 3 times as it keep pealing up and then dirt gets under it. I've been using the same case and never take it off unless replacing the screen protector. The edges just continue to keep pealing off. That first screen protector was prefect it was for the deep scratch that caused it to be replaced, but ever since then all the other have just been junk. It's like they changed the adhesive on the pack. I do automotive detailing and trust me, I know how to clean things. This is just sad and I really like this protector, but I can't recommend it any more. Original Review: Got this to have ready when our Samsung S22 Ultra as I want to have any new device immediately protected (less cleaning too). This install was stupid easy and I have two phone (mine & the wife) protected in less than 5 min with zero bubbles. Seriously this really hard to screw up. Granted I've used similar applying protectors before, but it just went so smoothly. There is no orange peel effect and no lifting issues with our cases. The coverage is not 100%, but with the cases on it is like 99.9%. You really can't tell a protector is on our phones. I love it when affordable stuff actually works! Oh, almost forgot, finger print reader works perfectly, no issues!

The front screen is rly good and the only reason why I'm not returning the whole package, but the inner screen is very grainy, makes everything look like first touch-screens from the 2000s and the camera cocers look cheap and plasticky

Great instructions to install outer and inner protection

Mi sento di dare cinque stelle perché non ho trovato nulla di negativo, la cover è robusta, gommata, il coso per tenere su il telefono è bello che resistente, e nella scatola ci sono due vetrini che si possono applicare sul telefono (ovviamente non tutti e due in sieme ma al massimo se se ne stacca uno ci metti il secondo che viene dato nella confezione) comunque funziona be e anche il magnete che sta nella cover, che si attacca molto bene al supporto per le macchine. E comunque il supportino per tenere il telefono inclinato è resistente perché è realizzato tutto in metallo. Pienamente soddisfatto anche più di quanto mi aspettassi, perché comunque con dieci euro si può avere un'ottima cover e anche vetrini (che al momento non ho applicato sul telefono e non ve li posso recensire)
