I purchased the Inalsa Electric Chopper, and it was delivered on time and in perfect condition. It's compact, easy to use and simple to clean. The size of the jar is bigger than the size of the blade, due to this some vegetables cannot be chopped. Otherwise the product is good

I have just now changed my review after extensive usage of the product. Firstly for the pros, I should say that the quality of the product is excellent. I had bought the glass jar chopper and the glass jar is so heavy-duty. It is so sturdy, because of the weight. Also the blade quality is and thickness is very good. Motor is heavy and seems long lasting. Even the jar lid is of very good plastic with a rubber gasket to avoid liquid spills. Secondly for the cons, after only 3 weeks of usage, I found that the removable blade has now become very loose and does not lock properly into place. It would have been much better if the blade was made to be fixed or maybe made with a better locking mechanism. I have been using the product with a single blade since then. Also, another problem I found was that when using the product, especially when mincing meat, some of the food gets inside the motor area and it is not easy to clean it from there. Actually there is a gap between the kid and the motor when the switching mechanism is active from where the food gets into the motor part. The company should make changes in design to rectify this problem.
