I personally cannot understand the negative reviews, I can only assume that others were unlucky and got faulty units. This is actually my 2nd purchase of this product, having had one that lasted me several years before, but finally fell apart due to heavy usage. This is such a cheap and effective cervical traction device, that provides quick (and absurdly cheap) relief from neck compression problems. Note: in summer/warmer months, the device is less practical as sweating and heat build-up etc makes it uncomfortable to use, plus wears out the material faster.

The material is so hot and rough. It’s not comfortable to place it on the neck for too long. It’s doesn’t help to relieve any pain. So disappointed.
