The yellow struts are very flimsy. There is nothing to hold them in place. So every time the ladder is unwound, the yellow struts have to be moved into place. This requires a tape measure to get them equally placed .

Not prpepared to pay postage to return a product that isn't fit for purpose
This item is not fit for purpose. You cannot stop the rungs from coming off the webbing as the ends do not have anything to prevent this. I do not feel I should be paying to return an item that is not fit for purpose. Please send me a free returns label!
