5 year review of the best automatic paper towel dispenser available. Before I installed this in the restroom of a martial arts studio I was a janitor for small businesses for 15 years. The martial arts studio has had kids classes 6 days a week since April 2021. Its July 2026 and I just had to change the batteries for the first time. This thing does what its supposed to do very well and conveniently no unneeded bells, whistles or apps. The sensor just works you dont need to wave your hand in a secret place or millimeter perfectly. It dispenses towels when you get a hand close and has done so without a hiccup for over 5 years. The way that the paper towels get replaced before the roll ends you never need to worry about them running out unexpectedly or wasting the end of a roll. I was initially concerned about needing to keep buying towels from pacific blue due to the plastic end on the paper towel rolls. This has not caused any problems. Paper towels have always been in stock and the price has not changed as much as many other products. After owning this I would never consider a different option for a customer/employee restroom.

Extremely disappointing and ridiculous design. After using the paper towel holder just once, the roll no longer stays properly secured and keeps hanging loose from the roller. Apparently, if you want the paper towel roll to stay in place, you need to purchase an additional part that costs around $20. That is completely unacceptable. A paper towel holder should work properly right out of the box without requiring customers to buy another accessory just to keep the roll from falling or hanging. I also don’t understand whether this only works with the company’s own brand of paper towels, but either way, the design makes no sense. This feels like a dishonest way to make customers spend even more money after already purchasing the product. Absolutely not worth it. Do not buy.

this is designed for rolls specifically sold be pacific, the order information can be found on the manual. Their rolls have a plastic knob that fits this specifically. However, if you get rolls that are on a tube with a diameter very close to the proprietary rolls, it will work ok. Not an exact match, but costco is selling during the covid crisis rolls by Marathon that work ok. 2ply 12 rolls 450 feet. any larger won't fit the dispenser. But otherwise, let me say, this device is everything I was hoping for. It is SO QUIET way better than I was expecting. It mounts with 4 anchored screws straight into drywall, NOT INCLUDED. Went up pretty easy anyway. The only downside to this is, it comes with a key to open the device, as this was meant for commercial application. You can get a permanent key if you want to domesticate it, but the website makes it a hassle to get one. Understandable as I'[m sure they don't want to sell it to moron school kids, but I haven't figured out how to get it for my house yet.

I originally bought this for the garage. But we have pups so now I have one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen. It's great. You don't have to touch it at all to get paper towels.

Now you have to buy their brand of Paper Towels for the Machine. I monetized a box of 3 Rolls for about $52.00. These 3 Rolls are Huge. You may never need Paper Towels for years. Now these paper towels are not made for "How they Feel" in the hand such as consumer paper towels. These Paper Towels are Commercial Grade and are made to Do the Job I originally ordered one, but after a week ordered a second machine. One for Main Floor and one in the Bathroom. En mi caso lo compre para uso doméstico, lo puse en la cocina para dejar de comprar los rollos de servitoalla, funciona de maravilla, no es la mejor estética para la cocina sin embargo la función y la comodidad lo supera por mucho. Debo aclarar que me ha costado trabajo encontrar los rollos de papel que le quedan. en una tienda especializada me hicieron modificaciones en el portarrollos y funciona excelente.

I like it. Very quite operation and releases paper in very economical length. It doesn't come with anchors, I bought self drilling anchors and they worked ok because the product not heavy.
