Product works
This product works, we can tell a difference when it is taken. The taste can be a little strong so we usually mix it with juice for my kid. Can be used for kids and adults.

Pretty Amazed!
I've been working with supplements and nootropics for years and don't normally have much luck from pre-made stacks. However, the formulation intrigued me, and being a powder was an additional plus. I was shocked at my initial response. Not only did I feel a little warm and fuzzy, my vision became noticeably clearer and colors brighter. Didn't expect that at all. It apparently helped reduce histamine levels. There is no formulation that will help everyone. However, this one is pretty terrific.

Product is good, the citrus taste is a bit much
I do really like this product, but be aware of the citrus taste. It's surprisingly strong. I originally bought this to mix in with my morning protein drink. my one scoop of this easily overpowers the flavors of everything else surprisingly.

Not worth it
This product has to be taken on an empty stomach. You have to wait an hour before eating! My kid has to have breakfast in the morning! No time to wait an hour in the morning. Not realistic. Furthermore, it is expensive. Not worth it. It doesn’t even work. Gimmicks… Very disappointed. I am surprised this product belongs to Dr Amen. Wow!

Yuck
tried this for a week. Not sure it was helping. The taste is horrible! Finally, couldn't hack it because I felt like throwing up just on the taste. Ordered the capsules from a different site as Amazon does not carry them. With the reviews stating the efficacy is very good, I ordered the capsules.

Great for immediate calming
Use this for my son and within 30 mins of taking it it really calms him down and helps him focus
