Nexxus Volume Refresh Dry Shampoo 5 oz

This is one of my favorite dry shampoos! It makes my hair look and feel clean and fresh. I have super dark hair and use dry shampoo often to not wash my hair every day. This one also don’t leave a really white residue in my dark hair which is hard to find in a dry shampoo. I love the smell too and of course the price point too! You really can’t go wrong with this dry shampoo! I used it on my roots in this picture and you can’t see the white and my hair looks clean and not greasy.

Love this stuff!!!! First of all, it smells AMAZING! The spray bottle is precise, but make sure to really rub it (gently) into your roots or it could leave some residue on darker hair. I use it to refresh my hair during the day, but my favorite use is when my hair has had time to air dry. I’ll give a few quick spritzes and my hair is instantly thicker-it’s awesome!

This dry shampoo works well on my very thick, dark hair. It has a very distinct smell though. Not bad but noticeable.

I had this item set up for my subscribe and save. Ever since they changed the can, I have not been able to get the spray nozzle to work properly. This was such a good product, and I'm really disappointed that I've wasted money on 2 cans. I thought the first can was a fluke, so I purchased a second, and the same thing happened. The spray nozzle stopped working after a few sprays, leaving me with a full can that I can't use.

Buy 5! My girls keep stealing from my bathroom. Great scent

It does work, but I don't like the smell. This dry shampoo smells like hair spray. Your hair feels a bit heavy after using and it doesn't last as long as some of the other dry shampoos I've used before.

Great hair product, has a really nice smell, not overpowering. Except it leaves a little bit of a residue after you rub it into your hair and brush it out. Or style your hair

I had high hopes for this product because I’ve saw so many adds about how great it was. It does add volume when you apply it to your hair. However, as for giving it a “clean” feeling as dry shampoo should (in between washes), I can’t attest to that as for this product. I’ve used this a few times now only because I do not want to waste my money and just throw it away. But with each use, this product made my hair feel very dry and even greasier than it was before applying it. Just an FYI, I do not apply too much, just enough, and massage it into my scalp, as you normally should with dry shampoo. I’ve used many other dry shampoos before, and I’ve been using dry shampoos routinely for many years now. So I’m not a rookie to the application of dry shampoo. I do tend to get oily hair in between washes, which is why I use dry shampoos routinely in between to keep my hair fresh. So when using this product the purpose is to take away that oily feeling, which I have to say, it doesn’t at all. Actually makes it feel even more oily, which I didn’t think a dry shampoo could do that. I don’t usually use this brand, but I wanted to give it a try, because a lot of people are raving over this. I’d have to say I will not purchase this again, as it didn’t work well for me at all. I will look into something else.
