Built solid, but doesn't show total battery capacity

When you plug a battery in it just starts counting up from 0 how many mAh have been charged into it, but it never tells you the total capacity, % complete etc. If you remove the battery and plug it back in it'll start counting up from zero again until the battery is fully charged.Still pretty happy with it for $20 but kinda annoying, makes it difficult if you want to only charge a battery to 50% for long term storage.

Ch1 and Ch2 faulty

The charger cannot charge any battery with Ch1 and Ch2, only Ch3 and Ch4 work.So I got a faulty device.
