This is aquarium safe. Gel glues made from “cyanoacryLate”are what you’re looking for. Look at any reef glue ingredients and that’s what you’ll see. If it has anything else in it, avoid using it.

Will it glue crystal?

Loctite Glass Glue is the more suitable product however, the pieces must fit perfectly together without any gaps. The success will also depend on the amount of available bonding surface and the amount of stress assembled pieces may be subjected to.
