Happy with my purchase
I'm big on preventative maintenance. While it's difficult to tell when stuff is working on internal parts, it seems to work. It eliminates odor and everything shines. Be sure to clean your filter before using. It does have a chemical smell as soon as it it done, but this fades fast.

I’ve been using another brand for years along with vinegar (well water with lots of calcium) but bought this on a whim. Wowee what a difference. I’m going to do another round tomorrow as I found a whole bunch of soft gunk along the door inside after the first wash. I did wipe all that out. It already looks and smells way better.Did the second wash this morning and it is totally clean now.

It works
My dishwasher wasn't getting my dishes clean and I could see dirt which I tried to clean out of the dishwasher with another brand of DW cleaner which did not work. I tried this brand it eliminated all the dirt inside odd places of the DW and my dishes all come out clean.
