Having bought and love our two EH3327 climate cubes, this one was brought for another room. I was worried about ordering having read the other reviews but we have not found any of the issues reported in other reviews. Perhaps our expectations were different as we only expected it to be as good as EH3327. We’re pleased with it. This is our third.It has to be said that i wouldn’t run the heater with water in it as this is only for the cooling fan and i haven’t experienced any leaks (yet).Unit does need 10 minutes to cool down every 4 hours, but this has not been an issue for me.Fan is for ‘personal space’, ours are on desks and bedside tables. They have little effect on the wider room, but makes our personal space a much more pleasant environment. (we have a dyson to use when we need more power)I hope this helps to give a balanced opinion and i will update if i do encounter any of the other issues

The cube is well constructed but the internal fan is very very weak. Barely able to make a breeze in cooling or heating mode. The cooler affect with water just does not work. If the manufacturer seriously pumped up the power of the fan this product could have been quite good.As it stands I would not recommend buying this. You would be better off buying a dedicated fan or heater, for £30 you would get some decent with a powerful output.

Insufficient information on order page.If you want to use this product for more than 4 hours at a time this is not the animal for you.Too many don'ts means this just cannot fulfil the reason for purchase for me.Not tested because of the above. Item is going back and I have to pay the postage!

It got delivered 13 July and we left for France next day so no time to try out. Have discovered that the water from the upper reservoir is discharging through somewhere internally so have no confidence in machine. I would therefore like to send it back on my return

Maybe I had a faulty product, but as soon as I loaded the tray with water on to the fan, water poured out of the base until empty... not ideal as an electrical product. Returned.

Have to have your face pressed against it to feel anything .... destructions say it can only be used for 4 hours! Glad it wasn't me that wasted their money on it!
