Do any of your fires have sound effects

The fireplaces themselves don't offer a sound effect, however we do sell a Bluetooth speaker that has 2 pre-loaded sound effects that you can sit in the mantle behind your fireplace and it will offer the sound effect you are looking for. If you search in amazon for 'B09T2JSL75' you will find this.

does the flame affect make any noise at all when running. We had a small fire a few yeasr ago and it made a slight droning noise when used

I haven't noticed a noise with just the flames on. There is a noise when the heater is on, but I haven't found this too much.

Is the mantelpiece the same depth as the hearth?

The hearth stands out at 250mm as the widest piece of the mantle, the shelf is slightly narrower, with the front facing panels sitting back on the hearth, as shown in the images.
