Does it come with mounting hardware?

Yes4All Power Rack J-Hooks come with lock knobs to help tighten the hooks in place around the rack's tubes for security. However, they do not include installation bolts or screws for permanent mounting.

Is it easy to install?

Yes. The Yes4All Power Rack J-Hooks install quickly. Slide the hooks into the 1" holes on a 2 × 2" power rack and tighten the lock knobs by hand. No drilling, bolts, or special tools required.

What height should I set them?

Bench press: Set about 2–3 inches below arm lockout. Squats: Set around shoulder height or slightly lower for easy unracking. Always set both hooks at exactly the same height for stability.

Can it be used outdoors?

The Yes4All Power Rack J-Hooks are designed for indoor use; the steel with painted coating may rust if exposed to rain or moisture, so a covered indoor or sheltered gym setup is recommended.
