Can I use this product for breast milk jewellery please?

I think it would be too runny. Plus you have to make sure it's not body fluid, as after a while it could smell. So no, not really.

will it turn yellow？

Me and my girlfriend used this epoxy for making blocks with dried out flowers inside and after just over a month there is no discolouration whatsoever :)
