Easy to set up and use with Alexa or Apple Home
These work with Apple Home and Alexa. Can be grouped as well. Great for room lighting and especially Christmas lighting.

Work perfectly with Apple Home
Really easy to set up using Apple Home. As a result I didn’t download the Meross app, and only used Apple. Easy to set timers for lights etc. I personally use one to reset the internet router every night. The programmed timer still works even with the internet down.

Just make sure that if you need these to work with Apple HomeKit that you buy the correct ones
Excellent product and usually easy to set up - can be frustratingly awkward at times but once sorted. usually quite stable. Have a number at home and occasional they go off line for an unknown reason. These are small and as discrete as these things can be protruding from the socket. Recommended. You do just need to make sure you buy the correct kit as most just work with Alexa and other non Apple hubs. If you need HomeKit ensure it says it is compatible - otherwise it will not be.

Poor product support for faulty items
Two of the plugs don’t work, contacted the Meross support email, just get an automated email, no support offered

Simple, reliable, and works flawlessly
Sets up easily, connects perfectly with HomeKit, and responds instantly. Compact design, solid build, and great for automating lights or appliances without any fuss. Removed one star as when I purchased these they had the ability to measure consumption. but as software update removed this.

Great product and customer care
This is a great product. Once set up they are so simple to use. My other half is driving me mad playing with the lights all the time 😂 One of the 8 we bought wasn't working. We contacted them and had a really fast response and resolution. Brilliant customer services. Highly recommend for anyone poking a toe in to the modern world!

One of the best items I've brought into my home in years
I love my home and like most people I'm on a budget so a full AV/audio system is not an option. These plugs are fantastic. I have put on all my table light and with my phone I can turn them all on and off or individually. It saves leaning over things to get to the switches and if you have disabilities amazingly helpful. Easy to set up even if you are not computer literate. Would buy more without hesitation but definitely buy the smart home option
