Can use while bathing few drops in bucket?

No,l mean you can, if you want to waste the product it is a toner it has to be applied directly on skin while mixing it into water will dilute it and it will go down the drain. The best way to use it is dab it in a cotton pad and apply wherever in your body you want after bathing. And if you think the percent is high for your face mix some rose water and this and apply with cotton pad.

After using this toner can we apply minimalist serum and then moisturer?
