Too disappointing it’s no different from brown cocoa powder
No different from normal cocoa powder reflects slight red tint under light but when the cocoa powder is used in baking the final end result is just like the usual cocoa powder it’s brown in colour. Waste of money too late to return

Loved the taste I used it to make hot chocolate and cake ganache. I also used it to dust brownies. It’s amazing. Better than all cocoa powders I’ve used so far.
