This mixer is absolutely amazing for making food for my daughter. I use it every single day to make her purees and it works perfectly. I order it from Amazon and it works amazing but one day it stuck and won't work nicely but so it was in warranty for 12 months so I contact them for this issue they replaced it and it worked nicely now so overall my review on this mixer is good you can buy it . :)...

Though I loved this product, very much useful to my kitchen in daily use, so handy. I purchased it on January 31st, and till May end it was good. But suddenly, while I was on a vacation and I kept that for 7 days without use, when I came back it was not working. The blades are not moving. What I must say is there service, it is excellent. When I complained they then and there replaced with a grand new model, also a jar. I am so glad with their after sale service. But I had a little doubt with the product still.

This product has been functioning very well for the past many months. I would rate ait as an excellent product since it gave no problem. However, one day the blades of the machine got struck, and we contacted the supplier. The response was quite prompt. They wanted us to send them a video of the serial number and warranty details, as also the Amazon Invoice. We sent them. Within a week's time we receievd the relpacement since the item was under the warranty period. I would honestly say that this type of customer support is hardly seen with any brand these days. The seller was very cordial and they sent the replacement without any delay. I will strongly recommend this product to any one who wants to buy a blender like this.
