This book included lots of research and sound pedagogical theory, but it was incredibly boring to read. It was the required textbook for a TESOL grad course I took. A lot of TESOL jargon was thrown around without definitions, and at times it was somewhat confusing to read. Not a bad book but I think there are better books out there.

Textbook for MA in TESOL.
Very detailed text, though painfully dry. I wouldn't recommend this to someone about to head into the classroom, as it is not terribly practical.

Tackles some common sense issues with more depth and analysis than most teachers' texts, but doesn't cross over into pedagogical research that is overly-jargon-filled and pedantic.

It was great. New book, fast shipping. Everything was excellent. The book has been very useful for all my works and it was very easy to get it. I am happy that I bought it here

It has a lot of resources and guidelines that Teachers of ESL need in Preparing Writing courses and selection of Textbooks for ESL writing classes.
