I like it a lot. But let's see if it helps gain muscle and fat loss I have only been taking it for about 30 days now and to really see what I truly will do will be around the 90 day mark. So fingers crossed

Love this stuff tastes great to me but I have been using carnivor proteins for decades along with hydrowhey. Not gritty mixing is clumpy as always with carnivor products. Hand wand blender is the way to go. If you are a coffee drinker, mix it with coffee. More caffeine added. The flavor is better than carnivor protein.

Taste is unique salty chocolate is best I could describe. Choc peanut butter is the best. I don’t use this for its taste though. It works, for my life goals. If you’re into body building carnivor, and mre are the 2 best absorbing proteins I’ve found. Avoid whey at all costs if you want the real gainz. Mixes and cleans easier than whey too

Good meal replacement, but doesn’t mix the greatest.
