Superb quality and simple to install
Super easy to install. Fit just as well as the originals. Great smooth feeling, too. Outstanding value!

Not bad for the money.
Nice but poor quality control. Both pads had dents, likely from being shipped in a soft envelope. Definitely harder than the original material, but for the money they are hard to beat.

Perfect Fit
These fit perfectly, took about 5 minutes to install, and now my chair is comfortable again. Excellent value.

1+ Year Review - Still Like New
Great replacement arm pads for my Aeron Chair. I replaced these about 1.5 years ago and use my chair daily for work and personal use, so my chair is used a lot. These have held up great and still look just like when I got them. They are comfortable, were easy to install, and were a fair price.

Perfect fit for my Herman Miller Aeron
One of the arm rests on my Herman Miller Aeron was damaged during a move so I bought a set of these and so far I've been very happy with them. They fit perfectly, were easy to install and the texture was better than the originals. These also did not have the chemical smell that other buyers mentioned. I would buy these again.

fits fine
no prob installing - exact same shape and size as the original on my chair. they feel sort of hard & plasticky - there's a bit of give; hopefully they'll soften a bit over time and not crack like the original ones did.

Perfect replacement
I got this for my husband's office chair when it got spun under his desk and a bolt there scraped a chunk out of the arm rest. The size and shape was exactly the same as the original, and it was super easy to install, literally taking 30 seconds. I think the original was leather and this is more rubbery, but it's soft and I actually like it's pliability better than the original arm rest.

Skeptical at first, so glad I purchased
Perfect fit for my Herman Miller Aeron. The original arm pads were torn to shreds, and these aftermarket pads are actually better than the originals. Comes with two in a package. I think the chair actually looks better with the black color versus the original brown, and they are more comfortable. Easy swap, two screws for each arm pad and that is it. I was able to change both sides in under two minutes. Highest recommendation possible.
