So sharp it’s unreal. I held off writing review for a few weeks to make sure this wasn’t just the fact that it was a new knife but it’s stayed really sharp. Ive nicked myself a couple of times so go careful.I love using it - handles so well and feels really good, making light work of anything I need to cut. Each time i use it, it gets a careful wash and dry and then put away safely.I like it so much I also got the 2 pack of slightly smaller knives.

I could place my order after a few security questions, which sadly in today's world we need,Price is good...packaging excellent and great delivery times. I bought 3 different knives, I have used them often, they definitely re-sharpen...on entry and withdrawal from the sheath.Time will tell...Joseph

First time using this carving knife today and it made slicing roast beef so easy. I thought my previous carving knife was still sharp but this went through the meat like a hot knife through butter.

Tremendously dfficult to take out of shield. I ended up breaking it to release knife. Knife is fine, easy to use and looks good. Trouble is I bought it so that the sheild would keep it sharp. Now sheild is useless.Very disappointed.
