Can you please tell me exactly what this tape is made of? Looking for something with natural fibers only.

I believe is of natural fibers. Feels soft cotton textures and also is pre-cut for easy convenience. Is a tape mostly uses by practitioners in my area.

can this tape stick to the skin?

The tape does stick to skin, but is not painful to remove. It is a gentle tape.

Is each roll sealed in its original packaging?

Each roll is sealed in plastic packaging. Not sure if it is the original packaging.

does this work well on infants under3 months?

It is easier on the skin than a lot of others but it still sticks really firmly. It is going to be really rough on baby skin. 3m makes another product Nexcare Sensitive Skin tape. It is light blue. I never found it in bulk packaging but it is the easiest on skin that I could find. Another tip btw, use alcohol on cotton swabs to loosen the glue on the tape when you remove it. Eventually it will dry out the skin but it makes removal less painful.
