Dare2BMen's Vigilence Ii Waterproof Shell Jackets

This is my second Dare2B jacket and they are excellent value for money, feature stretchy fabric that's both waterproof and extremely breathable, are well designed, have clever features and I couldn't find anything else that came even close for the same price!On the downside though, the quality of the jackets stitching could be a bit better. The loop for the headphone cable on the inside of the jacket (see pictures), came detached the first time I touched it. The same thing happened on my first Dare2B jacket, but that one lasted a good 2 years of hard use before finally giving up on me.So, I would definitely recommend Dare2B as a brand, the ups' far outweigh the downsides. I would recommend the Villigence 2 jacket to people doing high energy sports like cycling, climbing. It's a versatile product, I have used mine for day walks on the fells and just for around town on a rainy day.

I've had quite a few waterproof jackets over the years. Some expensive and some cheap. This jacket by far the best jacket that I've ever owned. It can handle a proper downpour very well. Though after an hour or so it does start to let water in a bit. Still for the most part, it's a great jacket. Very comfortable and I love the zips under the armpits which help to keep things cool. Overall I'm really pleased with my purchase and I wouldn't hesitate buying one again if my current purchase ever let's me down.

The jacket is suitable both in terms of rain resistance & breathability & looks quite good for the type of garment with a useful inside pocket for a wallet etc. The only thing I find a bit odd is the sizing as I had previously got an XL size which was a bit neat but have ended up with a XXL which fits but is slightly long on the arms & I hadn't ever considered myself as an XXL size fit, a L or XL in other manufacturers garments normally fit.

Excellent product, Many times have I been cycling home from work and in typical British weather fashion it starts to hammer down with rain.. Or as of recent even snow.. This product is very well made and keeps me lovely and dry while maintaining a stylish look. Also very adjustable with various pull tabs. I did go to a retail store to try this on originally and was going to buy it there but it was actually about £25-£30 more expensive so I brought it here instead.

Brilliant for the price. If you are looking for a lightweight waterproof look no further. If you want something to keep you warm look elsewhere. I just wanted something to keep the wind and rain off me and it has done that for half the priceI'd normally expect to pay.

Very comfortable, so far kept me completely dry during the short trips I've made, not yet tested over a long duration. Takes a while to dry since the rainwater remains on the surface of the jacket, but at least this shows it's doing its job properly!

Bought as a replacement of the same jacket my husband lost at work. Same quality as original, waterproof, windproof, he's very happy with it and wears it throughout the year.

Good jacket so far. Has kept me dry in the downpours. Comfortable with good fitting hood. But I do not like the yellow zips.
