I bought this mug as a Christmas gift for my wife, and she liked it very much. The cup looks very cute, it is well painted and has a real chip on it. It is ceramic, so I find it fragile, but it arrived in once piece. As some other reviewers said, it has some small piece in the bottom that makes sound when you shake it, but that did not bother us. Be aware that this cup is neither microwave or dishwasher safe, so we plan to use it just for decorative purposes. Also, if you plan to buy it as a gift, it does not come with a nice box, and also has a price tag for its original price (a couple of dollar cheaper than the Amazon listing). Still, I found this a great deal for a big size, cute looking, legitimate Disney mug!

I love this cup! Looks great in person! I used it for my daughter's 1st birthday party and received so many compliments! Bigger than expected, durable, and brightly colored. It has a good weight to it, doesn't feel cheap. I'm not sure if it's dishwasher safe, I haven't washed mine in a dishwasher. But I would recommend to anyone looking for a cute decorative mug, or gift idea.

I was very hesitant to buy this mug. There were a-lot of reviews that sited chip, no chip, etc. This is a great mug and holds ALOT of coffee I make 12OZ with quite a bit of creamer and this cup has PLENTY of space to spare. Very cute and so giftable. I highly reccomend!

This mug is seriously so adorable. I bought it for my niece, but I’m buying one for myself now! It’s thick glass, high quality, and it is pretty big! I was taken aback, but I actually love it!

The cup is really cute, thick and sturdy. However, it is not 20oz as it's listed. The cup is tilted and holds about 14-15oz filled to the very top.

Ordered this to go with a teapot from beauty and the beast I found for a friend. It was fun and went along with the teapot that I had found at Marshall’s perfectly! Very durable material and did not break at all during shipping. Colors looked great!

Es bonita, es grande, subí fotos con una regla para mostrar medidas, es demasiado bonita diría yo, es de 500ml, yo no tomo nada de medio litro la vdd, considero que es mucho(solo a veces cafe con leche) pero me gusta tanto la bella y la bestia que decidí comprar una taza grande, lo que no me gustó y es por eso, que decidí regresarla, es que tiene un pequeño hoyo como muestro en las fotos, no se si así sea el modelo pero decidí regresarla y volver a pedirla, el hoyo no impide su uso, porque da en la parte de abajo, de la base rosa, donde supongo es hueco, pero soy muy quisquillosa para lo nuevo, y luego oye esta medio cara jajaja para aceptar el hoyo, pero la vdd la taza esta de 10, dudo que alguien se decepcione con la taza.

Todo bien y rápido, tiene un borde mal pintado lo cual hace que la calidad no sea la mejor, pero está bonita la taza, es bastante grande casi medio litro, aunque la forma no ayuda a mantener caliente el café ya que es muy amplia

la taza es muy bonita, funcional, puedes tomar café te lo que sea caliente, solo que no se puede meter al miroondas, fuera de eso es perfecta, un poco más grande que una taza convencional, creo que el tamaño seria cafe y medio lo que te cabe de una taza normal, pero ya depende del gusto, me hubiera gustado que lo amarillo del diseño fuera dorado como el chip original, pero es perfecta calidad-precio, muy bien protegida también y muy rapido el servicio de entrega <3

HUGE! but we were warned. Will be great for my evening tea. The interior will be easy to clean (as it is not hollow). A bit disappointed by it's sturdiness, but mostly by the fact that it arrived chipped on the bottom, and not fully painted on the upper rim (see picture from the back) I'm not sure what would happen to it if I returned it... would it be thrown away? Would be wasteful so I'll keep it. I love it so much! look at that cute face! (And look at those eyes!
