Does this kit include pliers to pull the nail or screw out to patch the hole? I didn’t see one in the picture

No, the kit does not include pliers. In addition to this kit, I also pack a Vlair 12V tire inflator, a set of small pliers, a bottle of water, a tiny bottle of dish soap, a small spray bottle, gloves, a white sharpie, and a scissors jack/lug wrench. It packs away nicely and the soapy spray/sharpie can be a big help.

What's the difference between this model and the "BLACK JACK TIRE REPAIR KT-335" for slightly more $?

The 335 is listed as a truck tire repair kit. It uses 6" length tools vs 4" on the car kit and the contents are slightly different. I'm not sure which I have (probably the 340) but I've used it on 35 and 60 inch tractor tires as well as Dodge Neon tires so far. Works fine http://www.blackjacktirerepair.com

Would anyone recommend this product for repairing a class c rv tire?

I've repaired about 12 tires on "Class A" semi truck and trailer tires and not one has failed, grossing close to 80,000 lbs most of the time.

Can this be used to temporarily patch an rv tire which can go as hi as 90 psi?

i would have no problem doing that, most 10 ply tires are at 80 psi
