Bought as a gift it was nice

This warmer is definitely a keeper. It keeps my coffee nice and steamy for as long as I have the cup on the device. Too often, these warmers leave your liquids tepid at best. I had a slight issue at first with the base glass being cracked a day or two after I received this, however, the seller ended up exceeding my expectations and I had a replacement much faster than I had thought would happen. The surface area is larger than most (I needed this) so that I can place a small carafe or coffee pot on the device to refill my mug quickly. I will be purchasing another - one for the mini-coffee-carafe and one for my mugs.Highly recommend!

This is a great coffee warmer! I am notorious for having to walk back to the break room and warm my coffee in the microwave and this solves my problem!!! It sits right on my desk and works like a charm. It is slim and sleek, doesn't take up a lot of room. The indicator light works great. I have had it since Dec. 2022 (Its Feb. 22, 2023) and so far so good! I bought my mother-in-law one as well!! I also put a candle on it one afternoon and it worked great for that as well!! Definitely recommend

It does turn on when anything goes on it whilst this isnt a problem until your pets wanna lay down lol, other than that works great. No problems sofar, 1 week in.

I bought it as a Christmas gift using it as a timed candle warmer

When I received this mug warmer I tried it right away and while it seems to keep my mug warm, in the picture there is a bright blue indicator light that lets you know it’s on. But there was no light on so I requested a replacement and when it came it didn’t show a light on either. So I took it in a dark room then I could barely see a kind of lavender/blue light very faintly. So in a normal lighting situation the light does not show at all. And when it is on its very hot so if you accidentally set something on it you wouldn’t realize it was on. Seems like a possible fire hazard to me. But it does keep your coffee warm while it’s on so just remember to always unplug it when you aren’t actively using it!

Pay attention to the text in the description. I returned because it will NOT keep your beverage hot without the proper mug. Almost all ceramic mugs have a small rim on the bottom. This tech requires a FLAT BOTTOM, and if you don't have it, it won't heat enough to work. This appears to be universal, and not just this product. I returned mine.
