LTE is short for "Long Term Evolution" which is a marketing buzzword for a cellular service protocol one is meant to infer to be super-crazy-fast, but or may not be, depending on factor you can't know. Basically, the question might be asking whether it has cellular support...which this tablet does not.

4gb , my S2 has 3gb & daily I run 1.0 to 1.4 gb available avg on 10 constant hour run with use of several apps to reduce background & non-frequent foreground activity plus development setting near bottom to only 1 background process allowed. Can set to zero background but I actually have better RAM available with 1 background allowed.  If it gets below .8 gb RAM available I can see the tablet slow down.Semper Fi

How is the ram listed in here as 2 GB?

It's 4 GB per the original Sungsung release on ZDNET several months ago.  My S2 has 3 GB & I watch %RAM(using an app) to keep <70% to maintain each CPU core temperature <60 degrees C using a temp app(non playstore) that is old school & I have used it every OS's hardware that I have ever used. Since they went to Android 7.0 on S2 last week, no big changes. Android 7 is arranged a little different than 6 but getting use to the typical various little changes. Actually 7 has used 5% less RAM after upgrade. I going to get a type 10 128 or 256 GB microSD card this time so I can use 1 or 2 GB of SD for extra RAM. Need to study that potential use of SD for RAM but looks straight forward but the easy way is always hard or blocked. It an interesting option but can live with 4 GB. Google has progressively made it harder to quickly see actual RAM load & what is actually running. Been using some of the development tools to stop much of most background RAM use or actually signing into Yahoo, Live & other applicable apps external to S2 in their different clouds & access them thru a bookmark or Home screen shortcut; that way if you are not using the app there is no background RAM use. If you are interested in development tools use or whatever you should try to glean some of such info from S2 & S3 forums plus weeding thru youtube for the rare valid point. It may just be me but it seems whatever OS you are using, it gets harder to tweak the system or change a little code to suit your needs. That is why I didn't go down the iOS route because it was closed end to end software wise from day one. Just a long winded answer + unsolicited opinions to a simple question by this Engineer.
