Definitely worth the buy
Definitely recommend this for anyone who may be over stimulated. It has helped me a great deal. Obviously consult your doctor before taking. I did notice my mood change. I have felt more relaxed. My focus has increased, though I am also taking another supplement along with this. The taste is a bit odd, but the pros outweigh the cons.

Great nights rest
Absolutely love! Very fast acting and I sleep so well. Even if I wake to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, I fall back asleep immediately. I do have very vivid dreams but I am fine with it since I’m actually resting.

Good Product
It's been less than a month, but I feel like it's helping. I'm sure it takes more time, but it may already be helping with inflammation, I haven't been as achy these past few days, and I am sleeping better.
