5-STARS! I have seen many pillows that offer the same design and sleep, and to be honest, compared to the $100+ pillows that are identical... THIS one is far more comfortable than those. This is my second purchase of this pillow and my first one has outlasted the $100 one. Will definitely be returning to buy more from here when/IF needed.

I bought this pillow because apparently there's a lot of snoring going on. We downloaded snorelab and wow, some nights were really bad. I knew I spent most of the night flipping two pillows back and forth to get comfortable. This pillow has made all the difference… seriously. I sleep on my side, and I'm able to stay asleep in the same position for the whole night. The snoring is way down, and I'm finally getting a good night's sleep. It's cool, comfortable, and for me, exactly the right amount of fluff to the pillow.

When I first opened the pillow, it was flat. They say to tumble dry it...so I tried that. It helped, but I found it worked better to fluff it by hand. Just grab hold of it in a couple different spots and shake it, then move your hands to another spot and do it again. Repeat until it is fluffed enough.After fluffing, I laid on it and it felt like it didn't support enough, so I added a generous handful of stuffing (which they send with it!!). That helped, but then it was really hard...so after a couple of nights, I took the handful back out and now just bunch it up when I lay down...so it is closer to my neck while comfortably cradling my head. It works.Wouldn't say this is my favorite, but I'm super picky so I don't know if I'll ever find the perfect pillow. My neck doesn't hurt like it did with the old pillow and I've been sleeping on this one for about a month now. That's a win for me.

I had to experiment with the stuffing to get the pillow exactly right, but WOW! This is the best pillow ever. Unlike the national competitor whose pillow goes flat, this one retains its shape. Other memory foam pillows that don't use the shredded foam like this one does are hard as a rock This pillow is pliable and super comfy. I would recommend buying the HEBA brand pillow, or several of them.

I used to often wake up with neck issues, but with this pillow that's a thing of the past! I love that you can add or remove some of the material. Very happy with the product, service, description and price.

I purchased one of these pillows a few months back. After the wife and I continue to steal it from one another we decided to order two more. We love them! We’ve used all kinds and brands of pillows over the years looking for the one that was perfect. It too a while but I think we finally found it. Reasonable price too. I hope they stay that way.

Excellent because it’s adjustable to feed your comfort level. It will fluff or de-fluff according to what you like. Have I mentioned the stuffing is customizable! You can literally take it out or add it back!

Edit -This is a nice pillow soft and firm kind of gets flat in the middle you have to re fluff it every couple of nights. I liked the extra filler that they give you so you can add to it if you'd like I added about 1/3 of the extra filler and it worked better for me. I'm mostly a side sleeper. I will probably be returning this pillow though because it isn't quite right for me.
