I have just bought the 3.5l waterdrop filter jug. went to buy the waterdrop filters and it states that they are not compatible with the jug???

Hiya I found the jug too heavy I wish id noticed how big it was i don't use it now needs throwing out so not bought any filters ..

Why does my jug have condensation inside the jug above the water line? It doesn't look good.

Not sure but mine does same maybe because the filter above it damp

Can this reduce microplstics from bottled water?
