The pain relief with this tool is amazing. Before I use it, I put it in the refrigerator. It holds cold very well when you need it for hot, tight muscle spasms. Very easy to use. Might consider buying one for my gym bag too! Very sturdy, very dense & comes with its own sheath. Very giftable!

I love the leather case it comes with, very high quality not just for that but the product itself. Easy to hold and ergonomic, does a very good job at massaging face and neck.

Has been made to a rather high standard of finish, not a perfect mirror finish but close enough for what this if for, it's nice and smooth in the hand, and has a good heft to it. Good size in hand, not too big in my medium-large hands. This price($12) was the best I could find, not sure about value for money on this item, it's such a simple design and a very basic material I wonder if anything over $10 is too much, but considering how much effort goes into making something like this, maybe it is a good value. This is where I would normally search on the Asian supplier sites and see how much these cost direct from China to see if it was a good price, but the difference here would be waiting a month or two to arrive or get it on Amazon in 2 days, so I would say it's a bargain, I really wouldn't likely find something like this priced much lower locally. In the end it functions quite well allowing for a variety of deep and wide massage strokes and offers some leverage depending on how you hold it. And can even be used for pressure point stimulation in some locations. After using this a bit, I was thinking this would be a nice project for woodworking, a simple saw and some sand paper and you could make a really nice massage device. It really doesn't have to be made of metal. Would be nice to have these in much larger sizes for reaching around the back.

Looking at the scraper you would be right to question if it can really help with the pain you are feeling. My wife bought this after seeing a video using one to treat trigger finger, which she has. She has had an incredible turnaround from the pain and restricted movement she had in her hand after using this. She then used it on my shoulder, and I have also experienced a huge decrease in pain and better movement. If you are having any muscle or tendon related pain this is definitely worth trying since you won't be out a lot if for some reason it doesn't help. Great item.

This tool is so amazing! My PT used a similar tool during my treatment of tennis elbow and plantar fasciiatis . Now I have my own. It is heavy, smooth, and the quality is so good, like an art piece. Come with a cute case as well. I will give an extraordinary rating!

I liked this so much I bought a set of three other tools and gave this one to my best friend who is a runner. Super easy to use, very effective, great fit in my hand without making it cramp. You just need a little lube/oil and scrape away. There are a ton of YouTube videos out there to help show you how it’s done or you can go to your local PT or athletic therapist to show you how to do it. I had my eye on a super expensive one (the one with ALL the ads lately) and I am glad I did NOT go that route. I feel these tools are just as effective and will not break the bank. Plus I could afford a couple of them for different muscle groups.
