How do you hold this thing? No instructions w it

It depends on how you want to use it. There is a steep concave "hook" on one end you can use on smaller areas or the point for specific trigger points and can flip it over to use the convex part for larger areas. The other end is a much less steep "hook" but used the same way. Hold it however is comfortable for you.
