It comes in a box inside a box approx 12 x 14 x 20. 10 to 12 lbs.

Does this tool come with a case of some kind?

XSR01Z is the 36V (18V LXT x2) Bare Tool (saw & blade only) and does not come with accessories. If you are looking at the XSR01PT, it is the Kit which includes the XSR01Z saw, 2 5A batteries, double port charger and a nice bag. Sadly the bag does not come with a shoulder strap, like most of their kits with bags do. Also, the saw does not come with a rip fence for the oversized track on the plate. This is Makita's top of the line 18V circular saw and a fantastic saw, they should have thrown in the shoulder strap and the rip fence.

Im trying to buy the kit option what's include in the whole kit?

The description should provide full details, but at the very least, you get the tote bag, dual-port charger, and 2 5.0 AH batteries in addition to the saw. If you don't already have a dual-port charger, getting the kit is not a bad idea. Ditto if you don't have at least 4.0 AH batteries.

Does this come with batteries and dual charger for the $199 price?

I think it says tool only batteries and charger is sold separately.
