It should be fine. I also bought for elderly mum. She's probably a touch under 5 foot and size 14. It fits with plenty room and length is miss calf.

What size is an 18/20

18/20 is for about a no be eleven stone woman but this is only my opinion.

From the shoulder it measures 41 inches (104cms) I am 5ft 4ins tall and it reaches my ankles. Good product, made extremely well, warm and washes well with no shrinkage. Oh and by the way I have four of them, so that speaks for itself. Hope this helps

What size should i order, normally get size 20 but sizes are show as l, xl, xxl

I'm not sure as the size didn't much matter to me. I normally take 12. I got XL which is quite large but I like the extra material. XXL might be safest for a 20.
