Is the filament electrically conductive with the amount of carbon it’s infused with?

Great question. I just put a meter on it (Fluke 87v) and couldn't get an ohm reading even with the probes about an 1/8" apart. So, it doesn't seem to be or at least below what I can measure with my gear.

Whats the metal fill %?

I don't think there's any metal in this - just marble colored - it looks terrific though

Has anyone here used a layer height of 0.1mm with this filament consistently without clogging?

I am getting phenomenal results printing this carbon fiber PLA with a 0.4mm nozzle and a layer height of 0.1mm. You can barely tell they are 3D printed. I am printing with an Ender 3 that has been upgraded to a direct drive extruder. I will post some photos in the reviews for the product.
