Perfect replacement part for Relax the Back recliner
My 96 year old mother practically lives on her Relax the Back chair, and it stopped working. I diagnosed the chair and found that the transformer power unit had become inoperative. After searching in Amazon, I found a suitable compatible part and had it delivered to her in two days. WORKS PERFECTLY, and she was elated! Make sure you check the output voltage DC to make sure it is compatible.

It Works!
Replacing lost transformers for a couch set with electric recliners. These new replacements are smaller than my originals, but plug in and do the job just fine, and at a great value. I confirmed the voltage/amperage output to match, the plugs also to match. For the double-recline loveseat, I will have to open up the wires because of old ones having pins broke off, so these new replacement transformers having an extended low-voltage plug will allow for opening up the wires to splice to furniture/ something the original transformers would not allow. I have not given them a long-term trial as I just got them. Delivery was fantastic! Very satisfied!

Perfect choice
We have a recliner that lost it's plug-in cord when it was moved. My husband plugged in the HWX Universal Power RPS Transformer and cord and it worked like a charm.

Near perfect replacement part match for electric recliner from Macy's
The AC/DC Switching Power Supply Transformer was an identical match for the unit originally installed in the chair. It was an easy process to replace the transformer and the power cord. Only thing I would have wanted was for the Power Cord to have been the same length as the original - it was shorter than the original power cord. Only gave it four stars for this reason other wise it would have been five. Still happy with a $14 fix that saved our $500 chair.

This fixed her recliner
Well, with these two, the recliner has to work. Sam’s Club recliner stopped working. Apparently you can not get parts from the manufacturer This was the part that we needed works perfectly. It’s been working ever since our purchase. In fact, brother-in-laws ( same brand recliner) stopped working and purchased one for him as well thank you for having this available. Saved us from having to buy a new chair. Easy to install and I think it was a great value.

It worked!!!!
I have a power recliner that I purchased a few years ago from R.T.G. for a condo that we rent on Siesta Key, Florida. Unfortunately they do not work on furniture that they sell that's not under warranty. So we had someone come out and look at it and they said it needed a new Transformer which he didn't carry. He gave me the part # and it was on Amazon, and arrived fast. We plugged it in and it worked great. I was so worried that I would need to buy a new couch. $$$$$, but not from R.T.G....
