I was concerned about purchasing a toilet that would be shipped to our house might arrive damaged. Our toilet arrived 3 days ahead of schedule. It was very well packaged. the outer heavy box had additional cushioning to the inner box which housed the bowl, and then more cushioning to the bowl. The tank was packed the same way. I just finished the installation yesterday. The toilet flushes great. My wife is most pleased. I had a little difficulty inserting the rubber seat anchors in the bowl. They are long with expanding lobes that lock in place when tightened. They are also bigger than the holes into which they rest. I applied a little hand lotion to the anchors and then used the seat screws as push rods to push them into the holes. In my install I had limited space on the left side of the toilet so tightening the left tank bolt and left floor bolt were working blind. The rear of the toilet does not allow space for one's hand to go behind the toilet. The important thing is that it flushes well. Too many toilets don't nowadays with the lower flush standards.

I never heard of Toto toilets until YouTube recommended a video recently. I watched the video and I was intrigued. I then watched a few more videos along with reading the comments and I realized Toto toilets are favored by most plumbers. I then opened my Amazon app and ordered one. I was worried I would receive a damaged toilet because that seems to be a very common problem from shipping damages. I decided to go for it but to my surprise my toilet came completely unharmed. It was very well packed. I installed my toilet and I’m 100% happy with my new purchase. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the toilet seat and lid. It’s okay but it’s too rickety for my liking so I just used my seat and lid from my previous toilet because it’s only two years old and I like the seat and lid much better. I can highly recommend this toilet to anyone that’s looking for a very nice toilet with a very reasonable price tag.

Toto toilets are great! But not when you buy them from a third-party and they come broken! When you are processing a return, they want you to go to the Toto manufacturer and discuss your issue! Toto let you know that they have asked for two years now to take that link off on the return. Amazon chooses not to so when I order two toilets one came fine and one came broken. It’s like a hit and miss! The toilet is great but when you repackage a Toto toilet, you are not doing the toilet justice , as far as shipping Toto has all also requested that they not be shipped by UPS! Just a heads up!

Unfortunately, this product arrived broken, and I had to return the entire set. The return was extremely easy. They came to my home and picked it up. I purchased another one locally because I needed it immediately. It was much higher in price than the one on Amazon for the exact same toilet, the toilet is phenomenal. It uses very, very little water flushes immediately And has a very tasteful look I love products thank you so much

The toilet is great. It has great flushing power and is very easy to clean. I wouldn’t worry about it in shipping. The reviews I saw where it was broken were packaged so poorly. Mine was in a box with foam, then tat box was in another box with more foam…it wasn’t in any major danger unless dropped forcefully. That said, I have one complaint. We have a counter that extends over a portion of where a toilet tank sits (not sure why a builder designed it like that). I measured the space and from floor to the bottom of the counter was 29.75”. The specs on this toilet say it is 29” tall from floor to top of the lid of the tank. Even figuring with needing clearance for the convex portions of the tank rim to keep it from sliding, an extra .75” should have been plenty of space. Unfortunately, the toilet with tank and lid on is actually more like 30”, an inch more than the specs say. Like an idiot, I installed the whole thing and turned the water on before trying to fit the tank lid on…unfortunately, with the toilet flush on the ground it still was too tall to fit in the 29.75” space. As such I had to take a grinder to the tank lid to get it to fit. Looks acceptable after sanding it down, but is not an ideal situation. If the specs accurately said 30” on the height, I would have purchased a different toilet. That’s the only complaint, otherwise we are very happy with it.

Good looking, perfect height. Easy to install (yes, I had someone else do it for me and it appeared he did not have any issues, and it was quick). Flushes quietly and a good value as I expect this toilet to last for the life of the house.

I never gave any thought to a toilet being more than functional, but now that I have this TOTO version, wow! Very sleek, very powerful, and is also said to save water. I haven’t had it long enough to know if that’s true, but I’m hopeful. This was the toilet the pros were going to install, it’s the brand they use. I was able to find it here for less than half the price they would have charged me. Absolutely worth the Amazon price. Had pros install it, so I can’t speak to ease of installation. Sits higher and is up to code for safety and ease of use.
