Has anyone actually noticed a reduction of anxiety or stressful feelings?

@Fuggy...No I've never heard of needing 7 different forms Magnesium. We consume different forms from our food. Obviously for more athletic people, those who suffer from migraines, muscle spasms, eat a low carb diet or don't eat a great diet would need to supplement. But supplement is needed from a absorbable form of magnesium that the body can actually use. Magneium oxide isnt absorbed by the body, which makes it nearly useless. Glyinate and citrate are the better choices. Malate is good for energy. If 2 tabs are 1 serving(500mg) and this 1 serving contains 7 Magnesiums, then who's to say how much of each Magnesium you are taking. My fear with "special blends" is that, I'll recieve 95% of the cheaper less quality form of a vitamin vs the higher quality absorbable forms. Even when a supplement is of 1 specific vitamin, it's usually still buffered a bit, giving you 150mg out of the 200mg dose you actually swallow. So I definetely wouldnt rely on a product admitting to mixing 7 different types of 1 vitamin giving you only an estimate of what you could possibly be consuming!

Oxide isn't even listed on the label. They list sucrosomial (oxide) which has completely different absorption than oxide alone. Though the company may not outright state the percentages of the different forms of magnesium, it is absolutely dishonest for anyone to claim there is magnesium oxide when it isn't even listed on the label.

Is this product corn-free?

I read into the other ingredients, and this is what I found.
nu-MAG: Rice Extract, Rice Hulls, Gum Arabic and Sunflower Oil
nu-FLOW: rice hulls that are sterilized and ground to a fine powder.

Everything else is magnesium based, and vegetable capsule. Rice is the one thing that makes me reject this product.
