I have suffered with sleep issues most of my life, I’m not exaggerating. I’ve taken melatonin (up to 30 mg a night), valerian root, every sleepy tea on the market, NyQuil, Benadryl… you name it, I’ve tried it. My husband and I have been taking the Magnesium Breakthrough for about 12-14 days now and our sleep has drastically improved. I’ve had a really crazy hard time falling and staying asleep and it’s basically fixed both. I had gotten unused of sleeping for 8/9 hours every night…

Items were well packed & arrived on time! Expiry date of items is in June 2026 which is alrite but would be better with a later expiry date. Price of item would be more attractive if can be made lower. Overall, I would give a 4-star rating!
