This is honestly the best creatine I’ve taken. I’ve experimented with honey gels and gummies, but this powder is just much better in quality and all you need when it comes to creatine.I take 5 mg daily and have been consistent with it for 7 weeks now. I weight lift about three days a week and also run multiple days a week. With consistent use, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in muscle tone and visibility all over my body. Of course, creatine isn’t a miracle supplement and works best when combined with physical exercise and a good diet. I haven’t experienced any bloat or water retention from this product either. Highly recommend for fellow athletes and active people looking to improve muscle mass!
