where can i find a schematic of the dimensions for this nema 23 stepper motor?

Google "23HS45-4204S datasheet". 23HS45-4204S is the part number of the motor. The first page of links will have the motor datasheet which includes a mechanical drawing for the dimensions and a electrical schematic for the wiring. When I run the google search the first link I see is a sales page that includes the datasheet in the form of a PDF link.

Will my tb6600 driver work with this motor?

It should work, the drive is on the smaller side so it might overhear if you use at a higher duty cycle.
