Don't buy it if you need a hand drill or rotary tool. It says on the sticker "manicure and pedicure" and that's all it is. It's too slow for real work on plastic/wood/etc. and if you put pressure on it, it stops. I kept it for the adapter bits.

It’s very efficient however the sandpaper lasts very minimal use and the sanding device can’t handle pressure

I bought it as it was cheap and also since I wanted to carve wood. When I recieved it and tried putting it together, the points wouldnt fit inside the collet at all. I tried hammering it as well but it wouldnt fit. It's a terrible product!
